Wachete pricing at a glance

These USD figures come from the price-list API behind Wachete's pricing slider, checked October 24, 2026. The yearly column is the total annual charge. Dynamic capacity is listed separately from the static allowance.

Static pagesDynamic pagesMonthlyYearly
51FreeFree
501$5.40$60.40
1002$10.90$120.90
2502$27.40$302.40
50010$54.90$604.90
1,00010$109.90$1,209.90
2,00010$219.90$2,419.90
3,00060$329.90$3,629.90
5,00060$549.90$6,049.90

Common tier names are Starter for 50 pages, Standard for 100, Premium for 500 and Ultimate for 3,000. Size the purchase by capacity rather than assuming those names cover every slider position. Aggregator sites can show outdated figures, so use the vendor's current slider to confirm checkout pricing.

The unit cost barely changes with volume. Dividing $5.40 by 50 gives $0.108 per static page per month. Dividing $549.90 by 5,000 gives $0.10998. Both round to about 11 cents, assuming you use the whole allowance.

What each Wachete tier unlocks

Start with how your target pages load. Content fetched through JavaScript may need dynamic monitoring, whose allowance is much smaller than the headline static count. A subscription with room for 500 static URLs includes only 10 dynamic pages. Test representative competitor pricing pages before sizing your purchase.

  • The free allowance checks daily. The 50-page tier reaches hourly, the 100 and 250 tiers reach every 10 minutes, and 500 pages upward reach every five minutes.
  • Multi-step flows become available at 100 pages. These cover login steps or a sequence of clicks needed to reach the content.
  • PDF and Office document monitoring starts at 500 pages. A smaller static allowance does not include that binary content support.
  • Dynamic allowances rise in steps from one to two, then 10, then 60. Buying more static capacity within a step does not add dynamic slots.

History deserves a separate check. The verified price-list figures above do not establish retention for every tier. Confirm how long Wachete preserves changes and which export options your chosen subscription includes before relying on it for a historical pricing record.

Monthly vs yearly Wachete billing

Annual billing costs roughly 11 monthly payments. The exact savings are slightly different, so subtract the annual invoice from 12 monthly payments rather than assuming a precise free month.

Static pagesTwelve monthly paymentsExact yearly priceAnnual saving
50$64.80$60.40$4.40
100$130.80$120.90$9.90
250$328.80$302.40$26.40
500$658.80$604.90$53.90
1,000$1,318.80$1,209.90$108.90
2,000$2,638.80$2,419.90$218.90
3,000$3,958.80$3,629.90$328.90
5,000$6,598.80$6,049.90$548.90

For 50 pages, $4.40 divided by $64.80 is about 6.8 percent saved. At 500 pages, $53.90 divided by $658.80 is about 8.2 percent. Annual billing makes sense after you have tested page rendering, login access and alert usefulness. Paying monthly first keeps that evaluation inexpensive.

How much Wachete costs for competitor tracking

Multiply rivals by URLs per rival, then round up to a supported capacity. These examples assume the pages fit the static allowance and any dynamic needs stay within the separate limit.

40 rivals x 60 pages2,4003,000 pages$329.90 / $3,629.90Scale$599 / $3,594

Five rivals fit the $5.40 tier, with hourly checks at best. You still handle filtering, organizing events by rival and reading changed prices. Fifteen rivals need 375 pages, so 250 is insufficient and 500 is the next fit. Forty rivals need 2,400 pages, exceeding the 2,000 allowance and requiring 3,000.

Starter checks daily and includes price and website tracking, email alerts, a weekly digest, 12 months of history and one seat. Growth checks every six hours, adding ads, reviews, Slack alerts, 50 keywords, five seats and 24 months of history. Scale checks hourly and includes 250 keywords, competitor cards, CSV export, API access and 15 seats. Enterprise is $1,198 monthly. Competitors has no free plan.

Wachete offers faster checks at these matched capacities. Competitors organizes the findings around the rival and the business question. Its annual invoices equal six monthly payments, a 50 percent reduction. That makes Scale slightly cheaper annually in this example, even though Wachete is cheaper on monthly billing. See all Competitors plans for the limits.

Time changes the comparison. Assume one hour each week reviewing raw alerts, valued at $50 per hour. Across 52 weeks, that is $2,600 annually. Adding that assumed labor to Wachete's 500-page annual subscription gives $3,204.90. This is a budgeting scenario, not a measured saving or a promise that Competitors removes all review work. Count your actual triage time before assigning a value to automation.

When Wachete is the right buy

Wachete is a sensible purchase when low subscription cost and page coverage matter most.

  • Your targets are mostly static, with only occasional JavaScript rendering needs.
  • Fast checks matter more than company summaries, especially for content that requires attention within minutes.
  • You need authenticated flows or document monitoring at the appropriate tier.
  • You already have a reliable process for reading alerts and recording meaningful changes.
  • Your monitoring includes supplier notices or other material unrelated to competitors.

Do not replace a working $5.40 setup merely to get a different dashboard. Test whether extra interpretation would change a decision you make. Keep in mind that Wachete watches what a page says, not whether it loads, so if the real worry is your own site or API going down, pair it with a dedicated uptime monitor instead of stretching a content checker to do that job.

When a competitor monitoring tool is worth more

Paying more is reasonable if the extra work concerns interpreting rival activity and distributing it to colleagues.

  • Competitor price monitoring reads an amount with its currency and billing period, then reports the percentage change. You can compare the commercial change without transcribing a highlighted page.
  • Website change monitoring filters dates, counters, cookie banners and rotating promotions. Each event belongs to its rival, with a Monday digest bringing the week's findings together.
  • Competitor ad tracking adds campaign activity on Growth and higher plans, alongside the pages that explain the offer.
  • Competitor review monitoring adds review activity on Growth and higher plans, giving marketing another source of evidence about rival positioning.

Use the Wachete alternative comparison to assess the workflow after you have priced your URL list. The question is whether the extra context saves enough effort or improves enough decisions to justify the invoice.

How much does Wachete cost?

Wachete costs $5.40 monthly for 50 static pages, rising to $549.90 for 5,000, with a free five-page option. Annual invoices range from $60.40 to $6,049.90 for those paid capacities. Choose by static volume, dynamic allowance and required features rather than the plan name alone.

Is Wachete free?

Yes, Wachete offers five static pages and one dynamic page at no charge, without requiring a card. Checks run every 24 hours on that allowance. It suits a small test of page monitoring, while paid subscriptions provide greater capacity, faster intervals and access to additional monitoring features.

Does Wachete have a yearly plan?

Yes, Wachete offers annual billing across its paid page tiers. The 50-page subscription costs $60.40 yearly, 500 pages cost $604.90 and 3,000 cost $3,629.90. Savings are roughly one monthly payment, with exact differences shown above. Compare the annual total against twelve monthly payments for your selected capacity.

How many pages can I monitor with Wachete?

Wachete's listed capacities run from five free static pages to 5,000 on the largest tier covered here. Paid steps are 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000 and 5,000 static pages. Dynamic allowances are separate, ranging from one to 60, so check both counts against your target URLs.

Can Wachete monitor pages behind a login?

Yes, Wachete supports multi-step flows for login pages and click sequences starting at the 100-page tier, priced at $10.90 monthly or $120.90 yearly. Test the actual authentication flow before purchasing. Also check whether the content requires dynamic monitoring, since that tier includes only two dynamic pages.

What is the best Wachete alternative for tracking competitors?

Competitors is a strong alternative if you need rival grouping, numeric price changes and a Monday summary. Starter costs $99 monthly or $594 yearly for five competitors. Growth adds ads and reviews. Wachete remains the less expensive choice for basic page alerts, so compare the interpretation work you actually need.
