Competitor monitoring for agencies with a workspace per client
Clients ask their agency what the competition is doing. Competitors lets you answer every client from one account, with a separate workspace, digest and report for each, and without rebuilding a competitor spreadsheet every month.

Why competitor reporting eats agency hours
Monthly competitor reports are often the most manual part of a retainer. Someone opens each rival's site, ad libraries and review profiles, takes screenshots, compares them with last month's deck and writes a summary. Multiply that by every client and it becomes a large share of the hours nobody bills at full rate.
Competitors does the collecting. Each client's competitors are checked on schedule, changes are classified and dated, and the before and after is already there when you sit down to write the recommendation. Your team spends its time on what the client pays for: what to do about it.
Client workspaces on Scale
Scale includes client workspaces. Each workspace belongs to one client and holds its own list of competitors, pages, keywords, alert rules and digest.
- One login for your team, a clean separation per client
- Separate Monday digest per workspace, sent to the people you choose
- Alert rules per client, so a price change for one client never pings the channel of another
- Slack alerts routed to a different channel for each client
- 40 competitors across all workspaces, 60 pages each checked hourly, 250 tracked keywords
- 15 seats shared across the agency
When the client list grows beyond that, Enterprise sets custom competitor counts, roles and permissions per workspace and an audit log.
Shareable competitor reports for clients
Clients do not need a seat to read their report. Every digest can be shared by link, so the client sees the same classified changes, before and after views and notes that your team reads.
- Share the Monday digest with the client's marketing lead by link
- Export any filtered timeline to CSV for your own report template
- Pull changes through the API into the dashboards you already send
- Send new changes to your tools with webhooks
A typical monthly report can start from the last four digests: what changed per competitor, which changes matter for the client, and what the agency recommends.

Competitor monitoring for agencies questions
Can clients log in to their own workspace?
Clients read their digest by shared link, without a seat. If a client needs to log in, add them as a seat on your plan, or use roles and permissions on Enterprise to limit what they see.
Can I white label the reports?
Digests carry your workspace name for each client. For fully custom reports, export to CSV or pull data through the API into your own template.
How are competitors counted across clients?
All workspaces share the competitor limit of the plan: 40 on Scale. A competitor tracked for two clients counts in each workspace.
Can I move a workspace to the client if they take the work in-house?
Talk to support at [email protected] and the workspace history can be moved to a new account for the client.
Is there agency pricing?
Scale is the agency plan. For larger portfolios, Enterprise sets custom pricing and annual contracts.
